Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Client and LinaDev, Via Tortona 27, 20144 Milano (P.IVA: 12345678901).

2. Services

Software development, delivered digitally via Git repositories, cloud deployments, and documentation.

3. Payment

30% deposit. 40% at midpoint. 30% on delivery. Stripe EUR. IVA 22% for Italian clients.

4. IP

Client owns all code on full payment. LinaDev retains no rights to client code. Open-source dependencies remain under their respective licences.

5. Warranty

30-day bug warranty. Bugs = deviations from agreed specification. Feature requests are separate engagements.

6. Law

Italian law. Tribunale di Milano. D.Lgs. 206/2005 for consumers. Updated: March 2026.
